Hotel Putri Electronics is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Generalist to join our team in Sanur, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle employee queries and provide information on company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
  • Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating training sessions and workshops.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
