📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Ensure that all food is prepared to the required quality and presentation standards.,Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff.,Keep accurate records of food usage and inventory.,Assist in the planning and preparation of daily menus.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the decision-making process.,Assist in the management of kitchen supplies and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of working in a high-volume restaurant environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.
