📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all export-import operations, ensuring seamless compliance with international trade regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize cost efficiency and timely delivery of products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.
• Utilize SAP, TradeIQ, and Sea-Intelligence to manage and analyze trade data, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor market trends and economic indicators to anticipate and respond to changes in the global trade landscape.
• Lead and mentor a team of export-import specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure all trade documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time to avoid delays and penalties.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in international trade, attending relevant conferences and workshops as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export-import management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in using SAP, TradeIQ, and Sea-Intelligence for trade data management and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and respond to changes in the global trade landscape.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with good knowledge of Indonesian.
• Valid SIUP and TDP for import-export activities.
