📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure cost-effective and efficient kitchen operations.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to high hygiene and safety standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement food cost control measures to ensure profitability.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure the restaurant meets customer expectations and achieves sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Creative and innovative approach to menu development.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages is a plus.,Hold a relevant culinary certification or degree is a plus.
