📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, focusing on industrial brands.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Use Salesforce and SAP to manage your pipeline and track performance.
• Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.
• Build and maintain a strong sales team, providing guidance and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in international sales, specifically within the industrial goods sector.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and SAP.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills an advantage.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive in Batam Kota.
