📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide tax advice and guidance to the company and clients.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure that tax obligations are met and that tax benefits are maximized.
• Prepare and file tax returns for the company and clients.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure that the company and clients are in compliance.
• Train and mentor junior tax professionals.
• Lead the tax team in the planning and execution of tax strategies.
• Prepare and present tax reports to management and clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external tax advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Experience in tax planning and compliance for multinational companies is a plus.
