📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee corporate and commercial legal matters, including contract negotiations and legal advice.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Provide legal advice to departments on a wide range of issues.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on their impact on the company.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Maintain and update the company’s legal documentation and records.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and other stakeholders as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience with legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance standards.
