📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct field surveys and underwater assessments to monitor coral reef health and biodiversity.
• Analyze data using GIS and remote sensing tools to track changes in coral reef ecosystems.
• Develop and implement conservation strategies to protect and restore coral reefs.
• Collaborate with local communities and stakeholders to promote sustainable marine practices.
• Publish research findings and contribute to scientific reports and presentations.
• Participate in community education and outreach programs to raise awareness about coral reef conservation.
• Maintain and update databases and records of coral reef health and conservation efforts.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marine protected area (MPA) management plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marine biology or coral reef conservation.
• Proven experience with GIS and remote sensing software.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid diving certification (e.g., PADI Advanced Open Water Diver).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
