As a Motor Claims Evaluator at Pioneer Your Insurance, you will be responsible for assessing the validity and extent of insurance claims for both motorcycles and cars. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Evaluate and assess insurance claims for motorcycles and cars, ensuring accurate and fair evaluations.
- Conduct thorough investigations and inspections to determine the cause and extent of damage or loss.
- Collaborate with surveyors and legal experts to gather and analyze evidence.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for claims approval or denial.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and professional updates on their claims status.
- Work closely with the claims team to resolve complex cases and ensure timely processing.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in insurance claims evaluation.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all claims assessments.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance claims evaluation or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian insurance laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and insurance-specific software such as ClaimWorks or similar.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry and repair processes is a plus.
