📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand our reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
