📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end accounting processes, including month-end closing, financial reporting, and compliance tasks.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including management, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior accountants, fostering a strong team dynamic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews and analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Strong command of Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in working with international teams and understanding of cross-cultural dynamics.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is a plus.
