Eurasia Interior Products Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the cost aspects of construction and interior projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record in project management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction and interior projects.,Monitor project costs, identify cost variances, and implement corrective actions as necessary.,Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations to improve project efficiency and profitability.,Prepare and submit cost reports, including monthly progress reports, final cost reports, and variation orders.,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met within budget.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Provide guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors and project teams.,Participate in project meetings and provide input on cost-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 3 years in a senior or management role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian construction industry, including local regulations and practices.,Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
