📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide support to customers and internal teams with technical queries,Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical writing processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and collaboration skills
