📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and reported, and that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.,Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and cycle times.,Implement and maintain inventory management systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
