📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the coordination and management of logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and shipment tracking.
• Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Facilitate communication between our team and international clients, ensuring clear and effective translation of information between Mandarin and English.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs clearance forms.
• Provide support in the organization and execution of logistics events, such as warehouse audits and inventory counts.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Support the team in the resolution of logistics-related issues and queries, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Assist in the training and development of new team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow and succeed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduate or early-career professional with a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes, including inventory management, order processing, and shipment tracking.
