NEXA Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about managing and coordinating vehicle operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to schedule. You will also be responsible for coordinating with drivers, managing fuel and maintenance costs, and ensuring that all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance and servicing.Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Manage fuel and maintenance costs, and ensure that all expenses are within budget.Ensure that all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.Monitor vehicle performance and identify areas for improvement.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet activities.Provide regular reports to management on fleet performance and any issues that need to be addressed.Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.Strong understanding of fleet management software and systems.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
