Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase market share.,Manage and lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve organizational goals.,Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and ensure profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement necessary changes.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial role within the logistics or transportation industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing operations and driving business growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant software tools.
