📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all tax and accounting functions, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
• Develop and implement tax strategies that align with the company's financial goals
• Manage the company's tax obligations, ensuring accurate and timely filing of tax returns
• Lead the Corporate Accounting & Taxation team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of financial tasks
• Leverage tools like SAP and Oracle to manage financial data and ensure accurate reporting
• Collaborate with external auditors and advisors to ensure the company's financial health and compliance
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and advise the organization accordingly
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tax authorities and other stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax and accounting, with a focus on corporate taxation
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and laws
• Proven track record of managing tax obligations and ensuring compliance
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience with SAP and Oracle financial management systems
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification
