🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent development and management.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
