Overseeing the daily operations of the business in the area, ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and efficiently.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve the performance of the business in the area.,Managing a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders in the area.,Monitoring and analyzing sales and financial performance in the area, and making recommendations for improvement.,Ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met in the area.,Representing the company at industry events and conferences in the area.,Developing and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns to increase the visibility and sales of the business in the area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality, retail, or service industry.,Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends in the area.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.,Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
