As an Operations Staff, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from managing shipment schedules and coordinating with third-party logistics providers to ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. You'll use tools like SAP and Excel to streamline our processes and maintain accurate records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed shipment schedules and logistics plans.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock control.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including shipping orders, bills of lading, and customs clearance documents.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to customs, safety, and the environment.
• Provide support to the logistics team in the planning and execution of large-scale projects.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize our logistics processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and shipment coordination, preferably in the Mining, Natural Resources & Energy sector.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for logistics and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
