📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and new hire orientation.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
