📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders,Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and motivated, and that they understand and adhere to the company's policies and procedures,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and build relationships with other professionals in the food and beverage industry

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry,A strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills,A proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and profitability,A valid food service license or certification,Fluency in English and Indonesian,A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software
