DoubleDragon Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rooms Controller to join our team in managing the day-to-day operations of our luxury hotels in Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel rooms, from check-in to check-out, and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of hotel rooms including check-in, check-out, and guest services.,Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of rooms according to established protocols.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk staff to address any room-related issues promptly.,Monitor room inventory and usage to optimize occupancy rates and revenue.,Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures related to room operations.,Train and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of service.,Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain accurate records of room operations and guest feedback for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.,Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to hotel operations in Bali.,Experience in training and supervising staff is a plus.
