Provide exceptional customer service and support to our sales team, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.,Assist in the presentation and demonstration of luxury fashion products to customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date product knowledge, including the latest trends and collections from our luxury brands.,Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing valuable insights and recommendations to customers.,Assist in the organization and execution of in-store events, promotions, and sales campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.,Provide feedback and suggestions to the sales team to improve their performance and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and well-organized retail space, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively and accurately.,Assist in the management of inventory and stock levels, ensuring that our products are always available to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably in the luxury retail industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.,Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken, as it is the primary language of our luxury retail environment.,Familiarity with luxury fashion brands and trends is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor, with a passion for luxury fashion and customer service.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and can-do attitude.
