📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and product managers to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical content.,Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development of training materials and guides.,Provide feedback on technical content to improve usability and effectiveness.,Support the documentation process from start to finish, including reviewing and publishing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
