📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.,Ensure compliance with safety protocols and warehouse regulations.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage inventory levels and order fulfillment.,Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and systems.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering procedures to prevent stockouts.,Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed.,Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.,Familiarity with safety protocols and warehouse regulations.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Ability to lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff.
