📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design and development of mechanical systems for large-scale infrastructure projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to optimize project budgets and resources.
• Ensure compliance with local and international codes, standards, and regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff.
• Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to integrate mechanical systems into the overall project design.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ongoing projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on infrastructure and development projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
