📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Performing a variety of clinical laboratory tests, including blood tests, urine tests, and other specialized analyses.
• Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of test results, adhering to strict quality control procedures.
• Using advanced laboratory equipment and software, such as automated analyzers and laboratory information systems (LIS).
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and reliable diagnostic information.
• Maintaining a clean and organized laboratory workspace, following safety and infection control protocols.
• Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices.
• Assisting in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and process optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Analyst or similar role.
• Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS-ASCP) or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of relevant laboratory regulations and standards.
