📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy machinery and production equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues using hydraulic systems, electrical components, and diagnostic software
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment by following manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols
• Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement to optimize productivity
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement upgrades and improvements to existing equipment
• Train and mentor junior technicians on maintenance procedures and safety protocols
• Participate in emergency response and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic or similar role
• Proven track record of maintaining and repairing heavy machinery and production equipment
• Familiarity with hydraulic systems, electrical components, and diagnostic software
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices for heavy equipment operation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid certifications in heavy equipment maintenance and safety (e.g., CME, NCCER, or equivalent)
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field (preferred but not required)
