As an HR Business Partner Supervisor, you'll work closely with managers and employees to implement HR policies, address employee concerns, and support business objectives. Using tools like Workday, BambooHR, and SAP SuccessFactors, you'll streamline HR processes and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR insights and solutions to support their goals.
• Develop and implement HR programs that enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and drive improvements.
• Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international regulations.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and deliver training programs.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR).
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, including Workday, BambooHR, and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
