📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage cash flow, including cash forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimization.
• Oversee investment activities, including portfolio management, capital budgeting, and asset allocation.
• Implement and manage risk management strategies, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
• Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management on financial strategies and policies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis and treasury management.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing financial operations and driving financial performance.
• Certification in financial analysis or treasury management is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
