📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement compliance programs to prevent financial crimes.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the compliance team, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies to address financial crimes.
• Monitor and report on compliance activities to senior management.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in financial crime compliance and regulatory changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial crime compliance, with a strong background in risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Professional certification in financial crime compliance, such as Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or Certified Financial Crime Specialist (CFCS).
• In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to, AML/CFT regulations, FATF standards, and local Indonesian regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a remote environment and using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Slack.
